Play hard. Play fair.

The baseline. Break these and you won't be in the city long.

1. 1.1Treat everyone with respect out of character. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
2. 1.2No cheating, exploiting, modding, or use of third-party advantages. Report bugs — don't abuse them.
3. 1.3Keep out-of-character drama out of the city. Disputes go to a ticket, not to global chat or scenes.
4. 1.4Your account and characters are your responsibility. Don't share them or ban-evade.

We're a serious RP server. Stay in character and value the story over the win.

1. 2.1Stay in character at all times in-city. Use /ooc or a ticket for anything you can't handle ICly.
2. 2.2Value your life (NVL/NLR). Act like your character fears real consequences — death, injury, prison.
3. 2.3No Fail RP. Your actions must make sense for your character and the situation.
4. 2.4No metagaming — don't use information your character didn't learn in-game (streams, Discord, etc.).
5. 2.5No powergaming — don't force outcomes on others or roleplay unrealistic abilities.

Conflict is welcome when it's earned. Random violence is not.

1. 3.1No RDM (Random Deathmatch) or VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch). Every hostile act needs roleplay and a reason.
2. 3.2Initiation is required before hostile action. Give players a fair chance to react.
3. 3.3Respect group/hostage ratios and green/safe zones as defined by staff.
4. 3.4No combat logging — disconnecting to escape an active scene is a serious offense.

1. 4.1If your character is downed and respawns at a hospital, they forget the events leading to their death.
2. 4.2Don't return to the scene of your death or seek revenge for that specific interaction.
3. 4.3Being taken to a hospital by EMS is different from a respawn — follow medic RP where it applies.
