Routing-bucket interiors with stash (ox_inventory), wardrobe (illenium-appearance), logout, and guest invites or a doorbell.
Furniture decorator
Owners furnish their unit from a paid, server-authoritative NUI shop — live ghost placement, edit/move/remove, functional pieces (stash/wardrobe/bed).
Housing phone app
List units, manage keys, and pay rent. Native app on lb-phone / qs-smartphone / gksphone / 17mov, with an ox_lib fallback for any other phone.
Flexible economy
Per building: free, buy, rent (with eviction grace), or let the player choose buy vs rent — all configurable.
